OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The HUSH Holsters Monthly Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by HUSH Holsters LLC, located at13714 NE 28th St Suite 21 Vancouver, WA 98682 (“Sponsor”). Questions regarding this Sweepstakes may be directed to [email protected].

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By entering, each participant (“Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the final, binding decisions of the Sponsor in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who fails to comply with these Rules.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.
Firearm & NFA Eligibility Restriction: Participants must be legally eligible to purchase, receive, and possess firearms, NFA items (e.g., suppressors), and firearm accessories under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any individual who is a “prohibited person” under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or local jurisdiction regulations is strictly ineligible to participate or win. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members are not eligible to enter.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND TIMELINE

The Sweepstakes is a recurring monthly promotion. Each recurring monthly entry window (a “Monthly Period”) runs on the following cycle:

●  Start Date/Time: The 1st of the previous calendar month at 12:00:01 AM EST.

●  End Date/Time: The last of the current calendar month at 11:59:59 PM EST. Sponsor’s

server clock is the official timekeeping device.

●  Drawing Date: The 1st day of the current calendar month, or immediately following the

closure and verification of the previous month’s entry pool.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants can earn entries through the following methods during any single Monthly Period:

A. Purchase Entries

●  Standard Purchase Entry: For every completed product purchase transaction cleared on the Sponsor’s e-commerce platform during the Monthly Period, the customer will receive one (1) entry into the drawing pool.

●  Referral Bonus: If a customer makes a purchase and an independent subsequent customer inputs the initial customer’s unique Order Number into the designated referral field at checkout, the original order number transaction will be credited with two (2) additional entries. Participants may earn a maximum of five (5) referral bonuses (up to ten (10) additional entries) per participant, per household, per Monthly Period. Any subsequent referral uses beyond this limit will not yield additional entries.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Free Mail-In Entry

To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, a participant must hand-print their full legal name, complete physical shipping address, daytime phone number, email address, and date of birth on a standard 3′′ × 5′′ index card. The card must be placed inside a hand-printed outer envelope with first-class postage and mailed to:HUSH Holsters LLC 13714 NE 28th St Suite 21 Vancouver, WA 98682.

●  Mail-In Timeline: To be eligible for the current month’s drawing, physical mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor no later than the 22nd day of the current calendar month. Any mail-in entry received after the 22nd of the month will be automatically placed into the drawing pool for the following month’s Sweepstakes period.

●  Entry Weight and Limits: To maintain equal dignity with promotional bonus structures, each valid mail-in envelope received will grant the user two (2) entries into the drawing pool. Limit of one (1) mail-in envelope per person, per household, per Monthly Period. Mechanically reproduced or bulk mailings are void. Entries submitted through the alternate method have the same chance of winning as purchase entries.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

●  Monthly Prize: The specific prize item changes monthly and will be prominently posted on the Sponsor’s promotional channels. Sponsor guarantees that the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the monthly prize will be less than $600.00 USD for any single monthly drawing.

●  Legality and Cash Substitution Clause: If the monthly prize is illegal, restricted, or logistically impossible to ship to the winner’s specific state, county, or municipality due to localized arms/NFA regulations, the winner will be offered an alternative cash substitution. The value of this cash substitution shall be equal to the established market value of the prize. No other prize substitutions or transfers are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any local transaction, transfer, or dealer fees (e.g., FFL/NFA transfer fees, tax stamps) if applicable.

●  Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If the total prize value awarded to a winner equals or exceeds $600 in a calendar year, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099, and the winner must provide a completed IRS

Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about the 1st day of each calendar month, Sponsor will consolidate all eligible transaction entries and validated mail-in entries received during the preceding Monthly Period into a single unified drawing pool. The potential winner will be selected completely at random using a verified digital pseudorandom number generation tool (the “Randomizer Tool”). Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the specific Monthly Period.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their entry within a reasonable time following selection and must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION AND RE-DRAWING

Prior to prize fulfillment, the potential winner must provide proof of identity, age, and explicitly certify compliance with all firearm and NFA possession eligibility standards. Potential winners may also be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.

If the selected winner is discovered to be a prohibited person, fails to respond within the required timeframe, declines the prize, or is otherwise legally unable to accept the prize in their state of residence, the winner will be automatically disqualified. In the event of a disqualification, Sponsor will execute the Randomizer Tool again to select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or automated means are void. Disqualification will result if an Entrant creates multiple accounts, misrepresents identity or eligibility, or tampers with the entry process. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may violate civil and criminal laws.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies from any and all liability, economic loss, injury, or damage sustained in connection with participation or prize acceptance/use. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or structural issues compromise the integrity of the drawing pool.

11. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (a) any dispute arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington; (b) claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees; and (c) Entrant waives all rights to trial by jury and any right to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. These Rules are governed by the laws of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Promotion and for marketing communications (from which Entrants may opt out at any time). Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

13. WINNER LIST

For the name and state of residence of the monthly winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: HUSH Holsters LLC, Attn: Monthly Sweepstakes Winner List, 13714 NE 28th St Suite 21 Vancouver, WA 98682 within sixty (60) days following the end of the relevant Monthly Period.
