We get a lot of the same questions. We've done our best to try to answer the most common ones on the website so that you don't have to (pull us away from designing cool stuff and) wait for us to answer.

Holsters can take up to 14 days to ship. We're usually pretty quick and often have this down to 1-3 days. But sometimes we get backed up and it takes longer. If it has not yet been 14 days, we just ask that you please hold tight. We know you're excited to get your product, and we're very excited for you to have it. We really are. But we'd rather be working on shipping it out than answering questions on email. Hang tight. We're cranking it as fast as we can.
You'll get a tracking number automatically when we ship this out. It's going to email you at whatever email address you put in the order form. Please keep an eye out for it there. It may go to your spam box, so check there first. If you don't see a tracking number via email yet, then we probably have not shipped your order yet. Please see above, hang tight, and give us at least 14 days.
If you ordered a Tact Wrap, that will be shipped in a separate envelope. It's small, so we ship it separately. Please give it a few days. It probably did not get overlooked or lost or anything.
If you are missing other small, non-critical parts with your order, they're probably coming separately. We ship things as quickly as we can, so that means that they might come from a different place, or we ship a large piece before an accessory. We know you're excited, but please give it a few days before you reach out.
Sorry about that. We like our products and want everybody else in the world to like them too. But we know you can't please everyone. Please write us a nice, coherent email about the issue and we'll get you taken care of. If you're a total jerk about it, you might just make things more difficult for yourself, so don't do that.

We apologize if you need something replaced. We stand behind our products and want everyone to like them, so if there's an issue we want to get you taken care of.
Please compose a kind and coherent email that clearly communicates the issue you're having. The clearer you are, the better we can help you. And if you're nice about it, we may even go above-and-beyond to help you. Just keep that in mind.
Of course we want you to be totally happy with our products; most people are. But if it turns out to be totally wrong, or not at all up to par with your expectations, or you're about to die and can't wait any longer for your order, then let's talk. We'd at least like the chance to make it right. So email us first. If you start off nicely and aren't coming in hot right off the bat, then everything will probably go a lot more smoothly.
