Hush Holsters Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, manufacturing defect, or fulfillment mistake), HUSH Holsters will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned product.
• If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., no longer wanting the product, dissatisfaction with fit or function not related to a defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the item and packaging.

All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in resellable condition unless the return is due to a product defect.

HUSH HOLSTERS LIFETIME WARRANTY

At HUSH Holsters, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. All HUSH Holsters products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. This includes everyday carry, training, and personal defense.

If your Hush Holsters product breaks during normal use—such as carrying, training, professional service, duty, or combat—we will repair or replace it. However, damage caused by negligence (like leaving it on a hot dashboard, running it through the dishwasher, or subjecting it to excessive force) is not covered. Please note that any alterations to the product will void the warranty.

If your holster fails or breaks under normal conditions, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Negligence (e.g., subjecting holster to temperature/time that would not be surviveable by a human/animal, placing it in a dishwasher, or exposing it to excessive force)
• Misuse or abuse
• Intentional modifications or alterations
• Use outside the intended environment or application

Important Note on Duty Use

While many of our customers trust HUSH Holsters in a variety of demanding settings, our products are not certified for law enforcement duty use. Any issues arising from use in a professional duty context (including law enforcement/paid security) will not be considered a defect and are not covered under warranty.
